In the year 1994, Mr. T. T. Clement and Mrs. Grace Clement, brought their vision to life by founding Karuna Kendra, a place of refuge and a safe haven for the underprivileged, where they can learn, grow and are moulded to become bold, independent, responsible individuals. It was the yearning in the hearts of the founders to create a safe and loving environment, to teach, train and build underprivileged people who otherwise had no hope of living a better life, are today working good jobs and providing for their families to realize a brighter future for the generations ahead. 30 glorious years later, Karuna Kendra still stands as a place of refuge and sanctum for many underprivileged people.
